Doug Anderson
President, Team Leader
Doug's construction background began in 1969, and he has performed as a General Contractor in Commercial, Residential, Medical, Multi-Family construction, and Construction Management. Doug has 10 years experience in upper level management for a Fortune 100 Company where he supervised the efforts of 2,800 personnel. |
He holds a BA from Western Illinois University, completed a 23-year military career and is a State of Florida certified Building Contractor.

Rich Piersee
Vice President, Partner
With over 20 years of experience, Rich has served as a General Contractor supervising over 300 commercial and residential projects. He has an extensive background in Health Industry Construction and Construction Management. Rich holds a BS from the University of Kansas and is a Multi-State licensed General Contractor. |

Ray Culpepper
Chief Financial Officer
Ray has over 25 years of experience in executive level corporate financial management for a Fortune 50 Company. He earned his BS from Arkansas State University. |

Ann Anderson
Contracts Administration
Ann has a very broad-based background in Real Estate as well as over 20 years of experience as an Attorney and 14 years experience as a Magistrate. She earned her BA from the University of New Orleans and her JD from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. |

Terry Richie
Site Manager
With supervision experience in high-end residential construction, Terry has directly supervised the construction of over 400 luxury homes. He has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial site management and has served as Regional Manager for large national home builder in the DFW area. |

Matthew Anderson
Assistant Site Superintendent
Known as "Matty" to our clients, he has over three years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, and is a Jr. Civil Engineering candidate at the University of South Florida. |
